Sarauniyar Gusau Receives Merit Award from Action For Capacity Building Initiative
Her Royal Majesty Queen Hajia Dr. Lubna Muhammad Gusau (Sarauniyar Gusau, Sarauniyar Kasar Hausa) was recently conferred with a Merit Award by the Action For Capacity Building Initiative in recognition of her outstanding humanitarian efforts and contributions to the 19 northern states (kasar Hausa) . The award ceremony took place in Zamfara State this day 31st, August 2024.
As the CEO of the LBG Foundation, Dr. Lubna has been actively involved in various philanthropic activities aimed at relieving the pains and serving the needs of the people.
Some of her notable initiatives include:
Sponsoring the construction of toilet facilities
Visiting hospitals to provide financial support to patients
Distributing Ramadan food items to 679 households in Gusau Metro
Providing relief items to orphanages and internally displaced persons camps
The LBG Foundation, under Dr. Lubna’s leadership, has been working tirelessly to address issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and Goal 17 (Partnership for the Goals).
The Merit Award conferred upon Sarauniyar Gusau/Kasar Hausa is a testament to her consistent commitment to improving the lives of the common people and her dedication to the betterment of the Kasar Hausa as a whole. August 31, 2024.

Dr. Lubna Muhammad Baba Gusau (Sarauniyar Gusau) Bags *Sir Ahmadu Bello Leadership Prize for Transparency and Accountability in Service*
Her Majesty the Confered Queen of Gusau became the First to Receive a prestigious and highly sought *Leadership Prize* *by Career and Literacy Consults*, putting into Cognizance of her good antecedents in the humanitarian industry, human capital development, empowerment to women and youth and in recognition of her sterling leadership qualities for probity, accountability and quality service delivery in Nigeria.
The Presentation took place at Ministry for Women and Children Affairs Gusau, Zamfara State on the 24th of August 2022, during the closing ceremony of a 2 Day Instructor led Conference ; Youth Leadership Enterprise for Active Development (You-Lead) Cohort 2, which centered it’s chain of activities to nurture and prepare the minds of Secondary School Students on leadership and Entrepreneurship skills.
She was highly represented by Honourable Yahaya (Sarkin Kanoma) a Commissioner for wealth creation in the State. She appreciated the Organizers and vow to continue the good Job for the state, county and Humanity.
