Our Community Health Outreach Program is dedicated to providing free medical screenings, health education, and essential care services to underserved communities across Lagos.

Through partnerships with volunteers and local clinics, we aim to improve early detection, prevention, and long term wellbeing.

Our Mission

At the heart of this initiative is a commitment to accessible healthcare. Many communities face barriers to basic medical services due to cost, distance, or limited awareness.

This program focuses on:

• Preventative health screenings
• Health education workshops
• Referral support for further treatment
• Community-based follow-up initiatives

• Blood pressure and glucose testing
• General health assessments
• Maternal and child health support
• Nutrition and lifestyle counselling
• Distribution of essential medications
