Honoring Peace and Unity: My Tribute and Support at the WOWICAN 2025 Convention

As the Sarauniya Gusau, Sarauniyar Kasar Hausa honored to attend this distinguished event alongside officials from the LBG Lubna Baba Gusau Foundation, I see this as a valuable opportunity to embody the noble moral teachings of Islam that promote peace, unity, and brotherhood. We, as Nigerians, are one family, and it is imperative that we continue to serve as each other’s keepers.

I am deeply grateful to be recognized with this prestigious Award of Excellence, affirming my role as a beacon of peace. In support of the WOWICAN Convention this year, I am honored to contribute a donation of Three Million Naira (₦3,000,000.00) as a token of solidarity and commitment to this important cause.

The Women Wing of Christian Association of Nigeria (WOWICAN) Annual National Convention, held from October 21st to 26th, 2025, at AHEKAN Church Headquarters, No. 4/6 Katsina Road, Kaduna, centers on the theme: “Bridging the Cultural Divides Among Us Through Christ Jesus.”
